CHALLENGE: Support multiple brands and external CRM systems without making that dependency a single point of failure for app access.
WHAT WE DID: Fleet management and customer apps
RESULT: A unified server foundation across the group’s brands and a product that grew to roughly 120,000 registered users.

CHALLENGE: Build an end-to-end pilot that brings the driver app, backend and admin system into one product foundation.
WHAT WE DID: Brand, product design, full development
RESULT: A pilot foundation combining the driver app, backend and admin interface as one product.

PRODUCT AND OPERATIONSRing

CHALLENGE: Build a new product from the ground up, with the mobile app and management system developed in parallel.
WHAT WE DID: Product design, app and dashboard
RESULT: A React Native app alongside a server and management system, with builds for both iOS and Android.
YEAR: 2026

CHALLENGE: Enable convenient control of the set-top box directly from the PartnerTV app, without relying only on the physical remote.
WHAT WE DID: Developed a dedicated set-top-box remote plugin and integrated it into the app.
RESULT: A digital set-top-box remote available directly inside the app and integrated into the existing experience.
YEAR: 2026

EDUCATION AND POLICYPISA 2025

CHALLENGE: Turn the complex PISA assessment content into a clear, accessible page that students can easily understand and navigate.
WHAT WE DID: Research, information architecture, design and data visualisation
RESULT: An accessible, student-friendly PISA page that presents the assessment and its content in a clear and approachable way.
